Founded by senior aviation construction professionals with more than 38 years of combined airport infrastructure experience, our firm delivers practical, field-driven expertise developed within active Part 139 commercial airport environments — including major programs at Oakland International Airport and terminal projects at San Francisco International Airport.

Mr. Kan is a licensed engineer with more than two decades of leadership experience at the Port of Oakland. He has served as Aviation Construction Resident Engineer and Electrical Inspector on major airport expansion and rehabilitation programs.

His expertise includes:
